This website, dscrloansflorida.org, is operated by Loan Daddy LLC under the DSCR Loans Tampa Bay brand. Loan Daddy LLC is a mortgage broker, not a lender.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy and any message you include.
- Attribution details: the page you first landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid if present in the link you followed. These are stored in your browser’s session storage for the visit and sent with your request.
- Technical data: standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention.
